Check after jog start or 1-3 minutes of operation, at 8 hours, 24 hours, 100 hours and periodically thereafter are recommended • Over tensioning shortens belt and bearing life • Keep belts free of foreign material which may cause slip Make v-drive inspection on a periodic basis. Under-tensioned belt drives often produce audible squeal noise. Tension when slipping.
